The House
Poderino is a family‑run bed and breakfast surrounded by greenery, offering complete privacy, wonderful rolling hills, and the sea just 20 minutes away.
The 19th‑century farmhouse was fully renovated in October 2022 and now features two double rooms with panoramic views.
We discovered this place on a late‑summer afternoon in 2019 — one of those moments when you walk and feel harmony all around you. As we moved through the property, we sensed something special everywhere we turned.
Renovating the farmhouse became our challenge, because preserving the identity of this land has always been essential to us. The spaces retain the same characteristics they once had, and many original details remain visible just as they were in the past.
For months, we believed that restoring the century‑old beams of the farmhouse was the right choice, and we furnished the interiors with new creations that still carry the charm of hundreds of years of history. Keeping the roots alive — and honoring them.
You will see all of this reflected in the bathrooms, in the rooms, and in the internal staircase, of which we are truly proud.
The property is equipped with photovoltaic panels, rainwater collection tanks, and outdoor lighting designed to minimize environmental and energy impact.
